CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order for any reason, he/she can cancel the order within 4 hours of placing their order by simply dropping an email to hello@Thebrandq.in

  • Post successful cancellation the refund amount would be credited to Thebrandq wallet or source account. For any further queries, you can reach us on 98119 11244 (Mon to Friday) 9:30 Am to 5:00 Pm Sat (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM). Sunday: Off

NOTE: The refund amount will be processed within 24 to 48 hrs from the time of approval. It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account (As per banking standards).

 

  • If the customer requests to cancel the product post reaching the shipping stage, then 25% of the product value would be recovered/deducted, with the remaining value credited to the user's Thebrandq wallet or source account.
  • As per the company's guideline, to bear the cost/expenses of material, labour charges, packaging used in making the product, the above amount shall be recovered from the customer. 

 

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

  • If the cancellation is requested post the cancellation timeline, an amount of 50% on the product value will be deducted/recovered with the remaining value credited to the Thebrandq wallet/ source account.

Note: The reason for the charges being implied as the product is catered to your need, which cannot be used for any other purpose. Upon cancelling the order the company incurs over and above expenses which are additional expenses to the company.

STANDARDIZED PRODUCTS:

 

  • If cancellation is requested post-cancellation timeline, then the refund amount will be processed on Thebrandq Wallet.
  • If the cancellation is requested pre-stage of shipping or post shipping, the refund will be processed to Thebrandq wallet.
  • In case the customer is looking for a refund in their respective bank account, unfortunately, a sum of 10% of their order value /- will be charged per product as per the company's guideline, to bear the cost/expenses of return and handling charges. However, the charges may differ depending on the product ordered by the customer. 

 

Note: Unfortunately this amount is charged for the courier as return and handling charges, where the company is not able to recover the cost upon returning the shipment and it is over and above charges to the company. However, if you are looking for a refund to your Thebrandq Wallet, we can waive off the charges from our end as a Goodwill Gesture.

 

MOBILE CASES & OTHER CASES :

 

  • If cancellation is requested post-cancellation timeline, then the refund amount will be processed on Thebrandq Wallet.
  • If the cancellation is requested pre-shipping stage or post shipping on both standardized & customized products, an amount of 20% on the order value will be deducted/recovered with the remaining value credited to Thebrandq wallet/ source account.

 

MOBILE - GLASS CASE:

 

  • If the cancellation is requested post-cancellation timeline on both standardized & customized glass cases, an amount of 30% on the product value will be deducted/recovered with the remaining value credited to Thebrandq wallet/ source account. 
  • The reason for the charges implied is that the Glass case is not prepared and stocked in the warehouse as there are high chances of getting damaged during stacking. The product will be prepared based on the order received from the customer. If cancelled that cannot be resold due to its fragility.   

 

PRINTED PRODUCTS:

 

  • If the cancellation is requested post-cancellation timeline on both standardized and customized products, an amount of 20% on the product value will be deducted/recovered with the remaining value credited to Thebrandq wallet/ source account.

 

COLLECTIBLES:

  • If the cancellation is requested post-cancellation timeline on customized collectables products, an amount of 20% on the product value will be deducted/recovered with the remaining value credited to Thebrandq wallet/ source account.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • If the user request for cancellation of international orders within 4 hours the full amount can be refunded to the Thebrandq wallet/ source account as per the user's request. However, if the cancellation is requested post 4 hours then a full refund can be processed to Thebrandq wallet. In case, the order is shipped only 50% of the order value can be refunded to the Thebrandq wallet/ source account.

    Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case the order is cancelled post 4 hours of placing the order or if the order is shipped.
